Any questions? This section contains information about how ordering gifts and using the website. If you have a query that isn't listed below, please give our helpful team a call on 0845 600 6447 (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm).

Q. What do I receive when I buy a Must Have Gift?
A.  You get to choose and personalise a quality card with the details of your chosen gift. You can either have this sent back to you or sent directly to your recipient by first class post. You can choose from a selection of stylish card designs and personalise them with your own message. You can also choose to receive a receipt for the total amount of your donation.

Q. When will my card be delivered?
A. The despatch date is the day we POST the card and not the day it should arrive at the delivery address you specify. Orders placed before 5pm will be despatched the following working day.
Royal Mail aims to deliver 90% of all first class letters the day after despatch; however, it is not possible to guarantee next day delivery. To avoid disappointment, please ensure you allow as much time as possible for your order to arrive. Remember: your order is likely to arrive much faster if you use a postcode! If you choose an e-card this will be sent to your gift recipient straight away.

Q. Which cards can I choose from?
A.  We have seven great quality card designs that reflect the spirit of Must Have Gifts. If you have given or received gifts previously, you may remember that we used to offer a much wider card range. We have had to reduce the range of cards to keep costs down. If you have any feedback on them, or any other suggestions, we’d love to hear what you think!

Q. Do I need to register on the website to purchase a gift?
A.  You don’t have to register to purchase gifts, but if you do, it makes it simpler and quicker to order next time. Simply enter your email address and a password to register. If you forget your password, you can reset it any time.

Q. I have already registered my details, why isn’t my login being recognised?
A.  We have recently changed our website to make it even quicker and easier to order. If you had already registered with our site, you may need to register again.

Q. Can you send me a catalogue?
A.  We’d love to! Requesting a catalogue is simple. You can order one by clicking on the request a catalogue link and filling in the relevant boxes or you can give us a call on 0845 600 6445.
