Q. When I order a gift, what do I receive?

A. You receive a great quality gift card with the details of the gift you chose, and how it makes a difference. You can choose to have this sent back to you or direct to the gift recipient by first class post. You can also choose an e-card which is sent instantly - great for last minute gifts. You can print a receipt when you have completed your order, and one will be emailed to you at the email address you registered with.

Q. If I order a gift, when will the card be delivered?

A. Please note that the dispatch date is the day we post the card and NOT the day it should be expected to arrive. Orders placed before midday on a working day will usually be dispatched that day by first class post. Orders placed after that time will usually be dispatched on the next working day. Royal Mail aims to deliver 90% of all first class letters the day after dispatch; however, it is not possible to guarantee this. To avoid disappointment, please ensure you allow as much time as possible for your order to arrive. NB: Your order is likely to arrive much faster if you use a postcode! Check out Royal Mail's postcode finder. Don't forget that e-cards are delivered instantly to your chosen recipient, with your personalised greeting and details of the gift.


Q. I want to order more than one of a gift, to go in individual gift cards, and/or to different recipients. Why can’t I do this?


A. Unfortunately our system doesn’t let us do this easily in a single order. To order more than one of a gift from our website, to go in different cards, or to different recipients, you’d need to place a separate order for each one. Alternatively, call us on 0845 600 6446 and we can place the order on your behalf.

Q. Why are the gifts here different to Must Have Gifts I have bought previously?

A. Our Must Have Gifts range does change from year to year depending on the most  urgent needs of the communities we work with.  If you can't find a particular gift you have seen previously, we hope you'll find another similarly appealing gift. Q. I have registered with Must Have Gifts before. Why can't I log-in with my details?

A. We have a new improved website that we hope makes it much quicker and easier to order. If you have used our website in the past you may need to re-register your details with us.  

Q. I have ordered gifts in the past, but these aren't listed. Why can't I see them?

A. Gifts ordered on our old website will not appear on our new one. If you need information about gifts you have ordered in the past, please contact our team on 0845 600 6447 (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm).

Q. Can you send me a catalogue?

A. We'd love to! You can request a catalogue here or give us a call on 0845 600 6445 (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm). When you have finished with it, please pass it on to spread the word about Must Have Gifts!
